Promoted from Landman Trainee to Landman to Sr. Landman.

Supervised a team of 25 field landmen in the Mid-Continent, Rocky Mountain Regions, and Texas for oil and gas drilling by this cooperative oil company owned by Land O’Lakes, and Farmland Industries.

Coordinated with the accounting department to manage the budgeted and forecasted land department budget.

Negotiated with oil companies such as Exxon, Gulf Canada, Tenneco, Anadarko, for joint exploration ventures.

Prepared and submitted various filings with the Bureau of Land Management, Mineral Management Service, and U.S. Forest Service to lease mineral rights and secure rights-of-way on public land.

Coordinated with various corporate departments to meet the requirements and schedules of each in a professional manner and along corporate guidelines.
